Wild Tinkls has arrived! After months of fundraising, photographing, writing, designing, and printing, we’re delighted to share that a limited number of books will be available at the Tinkl studio on tour weekend!
Wild Tinkls has arrived, although there is a bit of a catch. Due to a slight delay in printing, there will be about 70 books available at the Tinkl's studio on tour weekend. But have no fear, the rest of the books are predicted to be available by the end of September at Blue Heron Books, your local bookstore, and Amazon.ca.
There will be a book signing with the Tinkls at Blue Heron Books on Sunday Oct 18th 2-4pm.
Published by Firefly Books, with an insightful essay by Tom Smart and photographs by Steven Frank, Nick Tinkl, and others, this beautiful publication celebrates the extraordinary creative worlds of Judith and Viktor Tinkl. The finished volume is a stunning 10" × 14" hardcover, featuring approximately 300 pages and a unique two-sided format that devotes roughly half the book to each artist's work, essentially two books in one.
