Fig offers a seasonal menu of healthy foods with a splash of comfort foods such as burgers, tacos and pizza. All options focus on lean and clean local Canadian proteins like wild sockeye salmon from BC, wild haddock from Nova Scotia and local Uxbridge Bison and Wagyu beef.
Vegetarian and vegan options are always available too. Our produce is Ontario-focused focused with fruits and vegetables being the stars of our summer menu. Picked at the peak of freshness, much of our produce is grown right here in Uxbridge.
