Studio Artist Full Registration Form
This form should be completed by studio artists who have already been juried onto the tour and have submitted payment.
Do not begin filling in this form until you have all of the required information available. You will NOT be able to save your form part way through.
To complete the full registration form you will need to have the following on hand:
- Long-form bio to be copied and pasted into the space provided.
- 4 images of your work. (1 square, 1 landscape, 1 portrait, 1 of any orientation). All images should be 300 dpi and no larger than 5" x 5".
- Guest artist names and email addresses
