Studio Artist Full Registration Form
This form should be completed by artists who have already been juried onto the tour, and have submitted their payment confirmation form.
Do not begin filling in this form until you have all of the required information available. You will NOT be able to save your form part way through.
To complete the full registration form you will need to have the following on hand:
- Long-form bio for the website written in the third person for SEO optimization. (Can be uploaded or cut and paste into the space provided.) Segments of your bio will be used for social media promotions.
- 4 images of your work. (1 square, 1 landscape, 1 portrait, 1 of any orientation). All images should be 300 dpi and no larger than 5" x 5".
- Guest artist names and email addresses
