That I love what I do is evident in my work.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ross Colby has been hand-crafting pine furniture for over 44 years in his workshop at 4 Sandy Hook Road.
His aim has always been to make solid, lasting, well-crafted furniture for the general public. In a mass-produced, 'made in China' world, Ross's pine furniture stands apart for its hand-crafted quality, practicality and simple, timeless beauty. There is a warmth and an artisan’s touch evident in each piece he builds.
Specializing in custom work, Ross enjoys the relationships he builds with his clients, tailoring work to their needs, and taking satisfaction, at the end of the day, in a job well done. "That I love what I do is evident in my work."
Ross has been on the Uxbridge Studio Tour since day one. I think you would find a visit to my workshop and showrooms very interesting. "I look forward to seeing you on the 33sRd Uxbridge Studio Tour".
